Machu Picchu among the new 7 wonders!!

After eons, sorry, years :-) of forwarded emails from my Indian friends to vote for Taj Mahal and the Meenakshi Amman Temple in India to be in the list of the new 7 wonders, I see the final winners!



One of my favorite places that I have been wanting to go (hike), for the last 4 years is present there - Machu Picchu!! It might not be like a architectural beauty like Taj Mahal, but to me, the mystery of seeing those ruins and trying to go back in time in my imagination to see how once life could have been here in Machu Picchu is not matched by any of the other new seven wonders...

yep, Shrek 4 is being planned for 2010 and Shrek 5 for 2013 (not yet in imdb!!) and the imdb ratings don't look so friendly to this idea :-)

but Shrek the Third is not all that bad! i found it less humorous than 1 and 2 but still it is better than many other "fun" movies definitely!!

I really was amused by the way they have brought in King Arthur into Shrek Land and have also showed Lancelot without much reason for this movie... I have a strong feeling that they are going to have some focus in Shrek 4 :-)
